Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. This includes time for printing and quality checks.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

Shipping Methods and Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the specific product(s) ordered.
  • We offer standard shipping with tracking provided through our Printify fulfillment partners.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available for certain products and destinations.

Estimated Shipping Times

The estimated shipping times will depend on your location:

  • United States: 3-7 business days
  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • Europe: 5-10 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10-30 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on local postal services and unforeseen delays, such as customs or weather conditions.

Multiple Shipments

Since our products are fulfilled by different Printify partners, items in your order may ship separately. You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment.

International Shipping

We ship internationally; however, shipping costs, duties, and taxes for international orders may vary based on the destination country. The customer is responsible for any additional customs fees or import duties.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We strive to ensure your order arrives safely, but if your package is lost or damaged during shipping:

  • Lost Package: If your order does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@Theprintmaven.com to investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please send us an email with photos of the damage, and we will work with Printify to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns and Exchanges
Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
